This banding tensioning tool is very easy to use. It works quite well and makes very tight installations. The tool is heavy duty, strong, well-made, and long lasting. An excellent value.

This banding tool is well made, pulls hard, and cuts easily. It's easy to use, at least how I've needed it, banding standing up with easy access. May be more difficult in tight spots, or in certain angles, but the tool itself works well and should last a long time. The handle is comfortable and easy to get good leverage with. Overall, it is a high quality tool

Several years ago I salvage a huge roll of polypropylene strapping and a big box of buckles. I've started to ship a fair amount of packages and, to prevent damage to the products, supplement the tape I've been using with polypropylene strapping. So after watching a couple of youtube videos, I ordered this RuiXingDuo manufactured banding tool. It is of excellent quality and works quite well, especially the cutter. That said, I would think that a better design, one in which the tensioner could be operated with just one hand, would be a competitive advantage. This one requires two hands to operate and the motion of the tensioner is counter-intuitive. Also the cutter, while it cuts quickly an cleanly, also requires two hands. A thumb-operated lever would also be an improvement and offer a competitive advantage.But it does accomplish the task, as can be seen in the photo of my very first attemtps.

This works really well; I have used it on a handful of installs so far and it performs exactly as advertised. I didn't have any troubles getting it to work, and I even accidently dropped in the sand/dirt a couple times and after blowing it off it still worked fine. The cutter is also nice; it may have been nice if the cutter did leave the end slightly longer, but it's still long enough to do the job. I suppose the ratcheting part could leave you with an imprecise tightness, but that hasn't been a problem with me so far. There's really nothing I've got to complain about.

I came across this one when looking for a tool for metal zip ties. I still got one for zip ties, but when I saw this, I picked it up as well. I didn't even have any metal banding to use it with. I was just that it seems so useful for projects that required something a little heftier than the zip ties.So now I also have the banding so that I can move forward with using this on various projects in the future. Can't wait to make use of it be on the few test trials I did just playing around with it.It offers a very sturdy construction, and I can see this lasting for years. Possibly many many years, but that's a variable left for time to tell.

This is an excellent branding tool. I like that the branding tool is very heavy duty. I like that the tool is very easy to use. I was under the impression that the tool came with steele straps. I like that the tool has a cutting blade. I like that the rotary design, serrated non-slip ratchet wheel to grip the strap and easily to cuts the tensioned straps.
