I am very pleased with my Hula Hoop. I have Diastasis recti from having 2 children and this has tremendously helped my core. To see good results with this product I do recommend 30 minutes a day which is the recommended time on the box.The product is very easy to assemble and to adjust to proper body size. I recommend wearing an exercise band underneath the hula hoop as it can leave impressions on bare skin. The band that comes with it does run on the small side. It roughly fits between xs-m size person. So if you are a size large and up I would recommend purchasing your own exercise band to use with this product.It's easy to use and convenient. Good Quality! You don't need near as many links to start as you may think. I do recommend using a waist trainer or something so that it's not touching bare skin as the hoop will start to slide. The waist trainer provided was a bit too small for me, and it is a bit on the noisy side. Very durable though, fun to use, and worth every penny.

The smart hoop is a friendly user and it comes with 32 links in total. The hoop is easy to put together and I like how thick the hoop is. The material is strong and it is comfortable to wear. Once you get the hoop going it is easy to get the exercise going. It is not quiet but I was not expecting either, you can easily get your workout while watching your favorite T.V. show or listening to music to make it go by fast. I have been doing it for five days 30/40 mins and lost a link already. My only complaint is the sweatband that came with it. I am a woman's large (10) for reference and I swear the waistband I got is for a child. My 7-year-old who is a healthy and normal-sized child fits her perfectly. So I would recommend you invest in a different band(if you want to use a waistband) and not depend on the one that comes with this smart hoop. To remove the smart hoop, I recommend to gently bring the links throughs you and pull apart. It is easy to remove and store.

I have had this item since 2/10/2025 and have used constantly 2 times a day for 20 minutes in the am and 20 minutes in the pm It is slightly noisy but not so much that you cannot block it out, and is certainly not a deal breaker. I find it is fun using, I feel energetic during and after using this product. I have no issues or complaints with the item, and I have been very pleased with my purchase. As time progresses I will see if I actually loose inches in waist.

Very easy to assemble, easy to adjust, and simple to use. It takes a bit of practice to keep the weight moving, but it's a fun and easy workout. Can be partially disassembled for easy storage if necessary. Comes with a waist wrap of some kind, but not sure what it's supposed to be for. While in use, the device is not particularly noisy, so a good choice for using at home, even if others are sleeping.

Super Excited to use this! The 1 month I've had it, it has been great! But starting yesterday 4/9/25 it got hard to keep spinning. Today, no matter what I did I couldn't keep it spinning. Took it apart and one of the wheels already broke! I loved it while it lasted, but super disappointed that I can't return it, they only do a 30 day return. Now I have to look for another one asap....hopefully lasts longer than this one did.

I bought this for my granddaughter who absolutely loves it. She uses it all the time as a workout routine. I was able to put it together quite easily. The weight is just right and glides very nicely on this belt. It does make noise but not excessive. She loves it because it’s fun to use

Weight actually weighs it down it doesn’t spin no matter what I do I have tried everything and nothing it spins once then stop then the belt they send you is for a xs don’t even fit on my thigh lol and the smell of it is out of this world the strong chemical smell is horrific. All I can say is good concept but they need to tweak some things obviously the belt is needed because it just slid down my clothes I kept taking notches off where it felt so tight but still managed to slide off idk just didn’t work and missed my return window so stuck with it don’t waste your money
