I bought this yoga ball during my pregnancy and it’s been such a great addition to my daily routine. It helps with posture, comfort, and light stretching — I even use it while sitting at my desk or watching TV!What to know:-It comes with a plastic pump, which works fine but takes a bit of time. so be patient if you’re using that.-Includes two plugs and a plug puller, which is super helpful to have on hand.-Make sure to double-check the size chart before buying! I’m 5’3” and went with the large size, which has worked well for me.So far, no complaints at all. It feels sturdy, comfortable, and well-made.Overall: I would totally recommend this yoga ball to anyone, pregnant or not. It’s been a game-changer for my comfort, and I’ll definitely keep using it postpartum too!

The ball is a good size and seems to be very sturdy. It is exactly what was suggested by the physical therapist. However the pump provided with the ball is of very poor quality and would not inflate the ball. Thus four instead of five points. I had to buy a small electric pump in order to use the ball.

Great quality. I would assume this is great for yoga uses... I however did not use this for yoga uses. I used this along with an inner tube for my above ground pool to prepare for winter. This ball was the perfect size to sit in an inner tube and then used rope to tie and hold it in place in the middle of the pool and then put the pool cover on. This worked perfect the entire winter and will be using it again. WAYYYY better (and cheaper) than those garbage winter pillows they sell for pools.

I’ve had this ball for a year now. It hasn’t lost any air and the color blue is still vibrant. I use it for my physical therapy. The quality is amazing for the price. It came with a little pump so easy to inflate. Would buy again!

This is a great ball. The ball came with a hand pump and also two straws to inflate it. The pump didn't work very well for me so I decided to try the straw. I have COPD so I didn't think the straw would work. Boy, was I wrong. I was able to inflate it in less than 15 seconds. The ball came with the hand pump, the two straws, two plugs and a tool to remove the plug.

Works as advertised for exercise and strength building. I use it to strengthen the muscles around my kneecap area and for my upper arm chest area via ball compression exercises. Quality ball, very durable.
