Good cake filling
Very nice. The blueberries are tiny - about the size of blackcurrants and the jam is packed with them - I guess they're smaller because they're Wild Blueberries. I got this as a filling for a birthday cake for a blueberry loving child. Usually I just make a cake with Blueberries in, but this year it had to be a sandwich cake because I used a storm trooper cake tin that was quite thin, so needed another layer. Also the icing made it sweet enough, so this was a nice filling - tasty but not as sweet as most jams. It went very nicely with Orange cake and white icing.
