This is a fantastic MP3 device! The price is great, sound is excellent, the battery lasts a very long time, and the memory on the chip is so tremendous that with 600+ songs I've only used a fraction of it. The songs can be uploaded to the chip itself (with the included usb unit) which is incredibly fast . . . or you can upload (with the chip in) to the MP3 player itself. I was so happy with this that I purchased a second as a gift to my partner, who is not particularly tech savvy, but he's had no trouble using it with his bluetooth headphones (if you only KNEW how tough the digital world is to him, you'd understand). I highly recommend this product. I bought this because I was tired of the collection on my iPod, plus it's old and I'm worried it will die. I use this in my car, with a cassette tape adapter (it's an old car). Highly recommend. You won't be sorry.

This mp3 player is amazing, I played music for hours, from the morning into the night, and fell asleep listening to it, and still had some battery left in the morning! It was so easy to set up, it charges fast, it's the perfect size to carry around without taking up too much space. It was compatible with my headphones and my speaker, and I had no connectivity issues. It's quite durable, I've dropped it many times and it's sustained only minor scratches. And the volume control is best out of any I've tried, the button is on the outside, so it's easy to figure out.

I bought this because for whatever reason my AirPods Pro will only work while on wifi, even with offline files. This is important since a majority of my day is spent out in the field. Also, I needed a device that plays flac files, and this one does the trick.Sound quality is most important in a player, and this one easily checks that box. It has very good sound and clarity considering the price. Even the supplied earbuds work well, although I'm a stickler so I've ordered some EarPods. It also has good storage capacity. It doesn't take long to figure out navigation on the device, and it's pretty straightforward.Now for the downside. As others have said, the bluetooth connectivity is junk. I tried to connect my AirPods and it worked the first time, then never again. Also, it might just be the PC I'm using or the supplied connector or both, but transferring files from my hard drive to the player is super SLOW. For a 500MB flac album it takes about 10-15 minutes to transfer to the player. No joke.What really matters in my opinion is what your standard is for expectations. It's good for the money, but it does have some annoying problems.

Worked great at first, once I learned to navigate it. Then I had problems with certain brands of Bluetooth EarPods. I did contact their email service center and they were great, walked me through my problems.My rating is based on the ease of use, there are so many steps to get to a point to change a setting or access your music. When you are listening, the screen times out so to just change the music or just wanting to skip that song you have to turn the screen on, then navigate to the music and the controls. This mp3 player is very sleek and slippery and does not include a case, there’s no way to clip it on yourself, only to put in your pocket, when you walk around or jog around, it affects your EarPod, cutting in and out sometimes. Works best when you just lay it down and listen, but, you can’t wander far or the Bluetooth will cut out and you’ll have to connect again.The good part, sound is good, comes with a memory stick and adapter and it’s pretty fast to transfer music from your computer. The service center is great! I thought I’d email them with my problem and they responded within the hour. Once you figure how to get where you want to go it’s pretty easy to navigate the controls. Battery life is pretty good, lasted all day. The size is pretty small, fit in the palm of my hand with it closed, and it has some weight, almost like a small cell phone.I will keep this knowing all the work around now and the service center will be there.

Works well, easy to use interface, speaker is decently loud and not bad quality considering how small the item is. Great value, imho. Instructions could be a little more fleshed out.

I bought this for my husband with Alzheimer's. I can download his favorite songs, group them if I want and have it ready on the go. The display is large and clear with great sound quality, though we use a bluetooth headband most of the time. It's easy to use and looks great. I do wish the color was brighter so I can find it in our diaper bag easier. A negative that I would give it would be the samples on the device. Completely inappropriate if children and us adults who have a cleaner music, tv, language lifestyle.
