Great quality easy to fit but the lid hits the flush handle so closes as soon as opened so you have to hold open before sitting down. This is a shame as it’s a great quality seat

The product seemed fine however very lightweight. I would hope it would last but I went for a more robust branded seat instead. Instructions were clear and simple and all parts were enclosed. It seemed like it would be a doddle to install.However don’t take any chances and be 100% sure it’s the right fit for your toilet and bear your usage in mind because the returns process is a complete headache. The seller’s customer service was very unhelpful. It was frustrating and I eventually had to involve Amazon for a satisfactory resolution.The seller’s page says there’s a return label in the box for Prime purchases but there wasn’t one and when I contacted them they refused to provide a replacement return label and wanted me to pay for return postage. Return shipping via Evri cost just shy of £10 more than half what the seat cost. They will only pay for return shipping if they’ve made an error.
