Very good laptop. Very fast processing with multiple apps running.

Computer works great. Easy to use and set up. I needed this for my office and it had plenty of space to run the specific programs I need. Great price for the computer.

It was time to upgrade my old desktop and I purchased this laptop. I love the size, the quality of materials, and impressive specs. I kept it under $1000 and it was sold by Amazon and not by a second party vendor

This product actually works pretty well. I will definitely update my stars if anything goes wrong.

The touchpad behaves very strangely; under Windows Explorer, it moves backward to a higher-order folder by itself (makes it a nightmare to work) or acts out of suddenly like the cursor not being visible, etc. Its maximum battery life is about 4 hours and 18 minutes under low load. The battery lost 56% of power during 2 hours and 9 minutes of normal usage. Also, under "battery saver mode" it loses 19% of its battery within an hour under a normal workload.During initial installation, it shows multiple ads to buy McAfee repeatedly, etc. It's also very pro-Microsoft and makes it hard to load Google. Transferring a file with a longer name from the computer gives an error message that the "Destination path is too long----." The shipping packaging was not well enough to protect the laptop from shocks as there was a lot of space left surrounding the laptop (company packaging), so it could be tossed (inside the outer shipping packaging; the cushion was only a single sheet of packaging paper) and may act as an addition to make the computer further physically defective.

Adorama advertised this computer as used and like new. They were 100% accurate! The computer appeared to be new and only the tape seal was cut. The computer is a beast! Fast! It handled the transfer of 17,000 photographs off of DVDs/CD’s to DropBox very rapidly. I have had absolutely no problems with this computer. My decision to purchase from Adorama saved me 500+ dollars. Thank you Adorama and ASUS for a pleasant experience!

I've had it for a few months now and have had no problems at all with it. I get no lag in my game and that makes me VERY happy!
