I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks now and I can feel a difference. I mix it in with my iced coffee in the morning. It mixes well, I use a milk frother and it does a great job.I purchased the unflavored version and you can’t taste it at all. I skipped a morning and I could tell a huge difference I was dragging all day. This definitely boosts my mood and energy in the morning. I’m not a morning person and no coffee, no talkie.It doesn’t make me feel jittery but it makes me feel more awake or alert. It did curb my appetite when I first started taking it, but not so much now. I do like how I don’t have any joint aches since taking it. My hair feels so soft and so much healthier! I haven’t noticed a change or glow in my skin yet. I give this 5/5 starts and will repurchase.I did receive a 50% off coupon in the container so I had issues with Amazon taking the coupon. It had a QR code on it and when you scan it, it takes you to the companies FB messenger. They kept giving me a new code and it would never lower the price on Amazon, so they mailed me a free item of my choice and of course I chose this again!Just for reference I’m 48 and broke my knee riding a horse so I have a lot of joint issues with that knee, but since taking this I haven’t had any issues. I like all the benefits it has plus it helps me go to the bathroom regularly and I feel less bloated.Highly recommend, excellent customer service from the company. It’s easy to use, remove all my aches and pains and all in all makes me feel more alert. Definitely a repeat customer and I have already ordered the appetite suppressant for women and excited to try them.

I have already lost 4 lbs. since I started drinking my Burn in with my "Joe'y" every morning and with my "Sleep" at night plus my afternoon tea I put 1/2 scoop. Burn has absolutely no taste at all. I've been using this for a few months and I'm hooked! It dissolves perfectly in my coffee, and I'm way less bloated. When I skipped it for a few days, I totally noticed the difference. I'm sticking with this company – I tried getting it from Walmart, same packaging and all, but it was totally different. It wouldn't dissolve, and even though it was supposed to be unflavored, it tasted sour.

Love the raspberry lemonade flavor and I believe the product has definitely helped with my weight loss and energy. I would have given it 5 stars if it dissolved easier in cold water. Despite vigorous stirring or shaking in a water bottle, a lot of it doesn’t dissolve and you have to continue to shake as you are drinking. I found the easiest was to use a funnel to get it in a water bottle. Living in AZ I definitely prefer cold beverages over hot. If this was improved I would buy it monthly. Because of the dissolving issue I switched to the unflavored and mix in my coffee which works great but I would much prefer a flavored version in cold water. Aside from that I love this product.

Was disappointed when I opened the container to see that it was only half filled with the product.

I been using this for two months, Im done with one bottle and im starting my second one now. Im also dieting and eating better, this supplement aids in fat loss but it won’t be significant if you aren’t on a diet or clean eating. So far I like that it’s flavorless so I can add it to coffee or matcha drinks and tastes really good!

I am on my second tub of this and so far i have lost 3 inches off my waist. I exercise 5 days a week but just couldn’t get rid of the post menopausal belly fat/bloating. This has been a game changer! I got the unflavored version and add to my morning hot coffee. No taste at all. Highly recommend
