Fantastic First Bike for Toddlers

Rusty when arrived
Very disappointed I’ve just come to put this together for my grandson birthday tomorrow it’s rusty and we can’t get the wheels on it’s not easy to assemble even though it’s only a few parts the wheels won’t go on as tight as they should. I now need to find another present for tomorrow.
