I bought this to help with seasonal affective disorder, and after about 13 days of use, I can say it has had a measurable impact in a positive way. I am sleeping better, and I have the data to back that up so I'm already sold on the effectiveness of this product. Due to the overall size of the device, moving it to where I need it a simple task. Made integrating it into my routine much easier.Another benefit I have found is that it is likewise great for filling out the lighting in my office for video calls, so it's really just an overall great product that has several uses beyond just the original intention.Would have preferred a USB-C PD to power it, but oh well. And if you are looking for feedback, USB-C power would be one I'd recommend.

I work from home and used to get terrible eyestrain and headaches from my monitors. I have used this light pretty much every work day since I got it, and I believe it has made a difference.It’s “small, but mighty”, and I have it positioned on the side of my desk so I’m not staring straight into it. I think it does a nice job of illuminating my workspace without bothering my eyes.The design is cool, and I like that you just tap/swipe the top back part to turn it on and off and adjust the brightness. There are three brightness levels, with the brightest setting being the first you see when turning it on. I always use it on the lowest setting, which is just right for me.I had it in my “saved for later” list for a long time and bought it when it went on sale. I’m glad I got it and hope it lasts a long time.

I LOVE THIS LAMP. It has completely changed my work days. I recently graduated from college and began working in an office. I didn't realize just how much I sought out sunlight each day until I no longer had the ability to pick a window seat, do my work outside, or walk between my classes. Over the course of a few weeks I went from loving my job and the people I worked with to dreading the moment I had to walk through the doors each day. I didn't feel like myself at all. On a whim--or maybe you could say "in a moment of desperation"--I looked up sunlight lamps and came across this one.I felt a difference the moment I turned it on. I almost felt like I had stepped outside and turned my face up to the sun. I keep it on the lowest setting most of the time I'm in my office and it's made me feel like myself again. This is life altering.I'm rating this 4 stars for a few reasons:1) IT WORKS2) It doesn't take up too much space on my desk and it isn't invasive in anyway3) It's cute--the design is organic and helps to humanize an otherwise sterile office spaceThe only reason I am not rating this 5 stars is that the cord is poorly placed. My current set up is to hide it behind my desktop, so it's not the worst thing. Ideally I would have a minimalist desk space with a laptop, in which I case I would not be able to hide the cord. It's not the cleanest design. I would give it 4.5 stars if that option were available.

I really like this lamp. It is nicely designed--minimalist and small. I live in a dark home, very limited sun, and appreciate having the lamp for gray days. It gives me a sense of coziness and calm.

This light therapy lamp is amaaaazing! If you suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) or just occasionally get down or feel low energy in the winter months you should give this lamp a try. I use it daily during the winter season for anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes each morning. I feel it definitely increases my mood and energy level. I have recommended this lamp to many friends and co-workers and they all have raved about the positive effects on there mental and physical wellbeing.This therapy lamp also has a very modern, stylish design and I have received many complaints on it from those that did not know it was a therapy lamp. I cannot recommend this lamp enough, and I highly suggest that you give it a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!!!

This lamp is the perfect size for a bedside table or would work well on a desk. It is lightweight and simple to use. I sit by the light while enjoying my morning tea.
