Love this, works well for me.I recently started working out again after many years. I got this particular design because my core is no longer as strong as it was after 2 abdominal surgeries and I want to build muscle strength. It is easy to use. Materials seem sturdy. The timer helps me out a lot, keeps me focused. I have no issues so far.

I haven't used this in a while because I had surgery. Time to get back to it. It's a really good roller. And I started to see results after only a week before I had to stop for health reasons (not related to abs). So I'm excited to be getting back to my daily workout. Very easy to assemble and use. Elbow placement is comfortable and stable. If you like to avoid gyms, get one of these because you can workout in peace. Very good for the price. Your abs will thank you.

Great Value and easy to use only complaint is stability for taller and larger people. Wish the handles were wider and longer. I’m 6’8 So my forearm are very long.

Easy to assemble. Easy to use. This is a great to take on vacation if the place you are staying at doesn't have a gym.

This isn't the most quality Ab Roller I've ever had but it gets the job done and leaves you sore for days. I'd say for the price this isn't a bad deal. If you're looking for the best of the best this is not that. If you're looking to save some money and get a decent AB rolling machine this will do just fine. Get those abs Rock hard! I'm still working on mine haha!

What I didn’t like: very clearly a used product. I mean, if you’re going to send out repackaged items, at least clean it first.Kneepad is incredibly thin, slips, and doesn’t support anything. (Picture was taken after one use)Assembly was weird, metal pieces kept getting stuck in the down position.Phone holder at the base on the equipment isn’t well placed, I just used the one by the timer position instead. Wouldn’t recommend anyone using it without a phone case to prevent dropping it.It takes up more space than expected, and removing the handrails after each use isn’t ideal.I did about 30 and didn’t feel as much of an ab workout, I’m sure this is due to the equipment not being able to support a larger range of motion (using handrails versus traditional ab roller) so I expect to have to do twice as much as I did in the past to get the same effect.What I do like:Much, much better than traditional ab wheels for anyone who has severe wrist pain.Having a phone holder. As I mentioned above I would probably need to do 8 sets vs the normal 4 sets to make up for the range of motion difference, so having a phone holder will make it easier to distract myself from the workout.
