The content of the book looks good. However, the book arrived with dark marks over the front cover. Not great as it was supposed to be a gift.

A great Sushi book if you are just starting out to discover Sushi. Great recipes with clear instructions that make things so much easier.

Some good recipes to get you started. Good value for money.
