Didn’t expect much for 50 bucks, but this is awesome. Works great mounted to my pellet rifle for night time rat shooting. Easy to set up, took about a minute. Highly recommend if you have a rat problem.

If this was an expensive night vision, I’d give it a poor rating. It isn’t, though. For $45, it is pretty good. It comes with different gasket type fittings, from which you choose based upon the size of the scope you are mounting it to. You must slide the wide threaded ring onto the scope BEFORE screwing it onto the night vision body. Then place the selected gasket into the scope next, then slide the night vision body over the scope and push it forward gently till it stops. Now, push the threaded ring, with the gasket between that ring and the night vision body toward the night vision body and screw the threaded ring into the night vision body until it becomes tight and holds the night vision apparatus in place. If it did not get tight enough to hold the night vision firm on the end of the scope, you should possibly try a larger gasket (4 gaskets total are included). When done properly, the NV mounts securely and stays in place at the end of be the scope.The basic model (not the plus model) does not have a zoom feature. However, if it is mounted to a scope that zooms in, you can just use the scope to zoom.I am not a fan of the screen/HUD. Notwithstanding, it’s $45! Would I recommend? If all you have is $45 and need a NV scope…

Really wish I didn't buy this. The ir light on it is terrible you can never get it to fully focus the way they advertise it will and it messes with your shot I'm sighted in with my scope to my eye my face it seems like when I put it on if it not perfect it shoots left or right by 2 thru 4 inches
