For the price you get a good gaming computer! I didn't use Tech Support. It was delivered in a protective box which was awesome and you will want to keep the box in case you don't like the configuration and need to send it back. I'm satisfied as this computer fulfills all my gaming needs.

Keyboard was absolute junk. Not didn't mind since I had my own from my last computer. The only gripe I had was the 3tb HDD. I can hear it clicking and "grinding," when I download or upload anything. I only use it as storage, but it sounds like it's on its last leg. I guess I'll know soon. The GTX 1660 GPU is nice, but that series tends to run a tad hot. Would benefit from a larger case I'm sure. All and all, I give it 4/5. With 1 year warranty, and another 2 from Amazon for $30 I'm content in a mid range gaming system under $400.

After three weeks I finally got it. Tracking shows label printed but didn't ship. Amazon says "shipped" but carrier says " not in possession ".When it arrived the side panel was lose. I tried to open it , but, the latch was not working. I managed to open it and checked the fans for free movement. One of the fans was jammed and the video card looked warped.Booted to disk errors, non system disk.Called Refurbchoice, the seller, they told me to go through Amazon.Called Amazon.They will issue credit when the unit is received by seller.So after a month still no PC and pending credit.Can't afford to buy another until credit.

I expected problems. I expected to have a headache to deal with sooner than later. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my daughters PC tower incredibly fast. I then expected to have problems out of it for obvious reasons. I was so wrong. It runs great. Not a single issue or hangup with it. The cost value of this device? I came out the winner here. Will definitely buy again.

Computer is ok. I needed the DP port to work. For extra monitors. But it does not work. Now it’s too late to do anything about it. Be cautious in buying these refurbished computers.

I bought this as a backup for my Gaming computer that I bought as well. The gaming computer was much much more expensive than this one. My gaming computer ended up crashing one day so I tried out this one. It ran as good if not better than the expensive one I bought. Highly recommended. It plays every game I throw at it. tyvm!

Best pitcher ever

Computer is very slow to restart. Takes almost 3 minutes to restart. Normal start after shutdown is very quick. Still working with seller to remedy issue. System works great other then long restart.
