I love that these are sugar-free, and the fact that they taste so great encourages me to take them every day. Not that I need a lot of encouragement to take my supplements, but I do get tired of swallowing pills, and this is a nice alternative! Coenzyme Q10 is vital for our hearts so I like to take this daily.

I started using these to supplement the Co-Q10 that my doctor prescribed along with my statin. I found that the prescribed Co-Q10 alone wasn’t helping very much with the muscle aches and weakness that comes from diminished Co-Q10 production while on a statin for high cholesterol.Since I started taking these gummies, I’ve found that the little extra helps to nearly eliminate the effects of the statin, although it does not give me an energy boost as Co-Q10 can do to some folks. I’m completely fine with that. The most important thing for me was tending to the muscle aches and weakness.I think this supplement is of good quality, as the strawberry flavor actually tastes good, and not chalky. The texture is good as well - not too hard or weird-feeling on the tongue. They’re about the size and shape of gumdrops, but they’re also easy to chew and don’t feel like you need to sip water afterward.In my opinion, they’re a good value for the money, and I would recommend this brand of Co-Q10 supplement to anyone on a statin.

I started taking these due to lack of energy from cholesterol medication. It works great and doesn’t make me feel anxious or jittery. They taste good too!

Though because they’re softer and more jelly like, they soften easily with minor warmth and easily stick to each other and my other vitamins for the day. I don’t have increased energy but I believe it’s helping a bit with my heart health. Relatively easy to use though again they tend to stick together. Decent value for money.

Can't really speak for the absorption/ vitamin quality but the flavor is good and its been a good replacement for Doctors Best not selling gummies of coq10 anymore

I can't really comment on whether these are providing my body with what I need, but...these taste SO good! I have to remind myself...not candy. LOL! I'm buying this regularly.
