Q: Are these tea bags individually wrapped?

Yes :) Double check because they do come in loose leaf, but that is usually packaged in a tin and not a box.

Q: What is the caffeine content of heather tea?

It's really hard to tell when they say: "delicate blend of fine teas from Africa and Assam compliments the added Heather blossoms" is all we know. The average amount of caffeine in black tea is 50-60mg. Assam definitely has caffeine, a quick internet search can tell you how much. Ultimately I'm guessing no more caffeine than the average black tea. I can't drink coffee past mid afternoon because it will keep me awake. Coffee usually has roughly 100mg of caffeine, I drank this tea early evening and slept no worse than my normal.

BEST TISANE IN THE WORLD

I love HEATHER TISANE (old word for Herbal Tea), because it has a nice flavor, and it is healthy and I been to Scotland in the past, visiting Scottish Islands on a coach tour! I recommend this Tisane for anyone, who is adventurous, and health-conscience, or anyone who likes heather flowers, like me! I have HEATHER SCENTED SOAP and HEATHER FLOWERS in various pots; my girlfriend is called Heather! I think it is the best flower in the world, even better than roses! This Tisane is the best TISANE IN THE WORLD!
