These mats were good. They were large but not to large that they did not fit in a cookie sheet.

I love these bead mats. They keep the beads from rolling around and are easy to pick up with a needle. The only thing I had a problem with was the mat sliding on my table. I tried taping the edges down, but the tape didn’t stick for long. I bought some non skid slip liner at a local dollar store, cut it to fit under the mat and that stopped the sliding. See my photo. I would recommend these mats.

Just what I expected. Loose velour beading mats. They work great as stand alone beading mats or can be used to cover other items to make beading mats.

I have been beading for several years and never had a real beading mat. For the most part I have used a board, as I do mainly stringing, chain maille and a little wire work. I recently became interested in learning bead weaving and was working on an even count peyote bracelet, using a flat piece of packing foam when it became too frustrating to pick up seed beads from depressions in the beading tray.What a difference this made! I chose the 11" X 14" size to double as cushioning for my arm, and was amazed how much time I saved during my first session by *not* having to chase seed beads around. They stayed put and were a cinch to pick up.The product itself is great, but I have to give it 4 stars because the mats are not as pictured. I was looking for varied colors to contrast with the beads in a project. However, my package included an off-white, a cream and beige mat that are so close that they hardly qualify as a variety pack.Buying just one would have served the purpose.

I ordered these soft mats for my grandchildren to use on the table when working with beads. They are perfect for keeping the beads from rolling away off the table. I had one for myself, and love it so much no one who beads should go without one.

Essentially rectangles of synthetic velour blanket material but useful for beading. Keeps beads in place until you are ready for them. Decent price, useful neutral colors. Happy.

These are an absolute must especially for beginner beaders. Prevents beads from rolling off table/desk. I just wish they didn't come all wrinkled and folded.
