These cartridges seem to be going out of production so I was relieved to be able to get them on Amazon quickly and reasonably priced.

good quality product
These refills are of good quality and last about six months for a small family however not pleased with the fact that package has now reduced from 4 to 2 units only for almost the same price. Packaging has also now reduced to a low quality.

Do the job and keeps the water clean
It's a bit annoying to have to keep buying cartridges, but in fairness the water is never muddy, never spits or dribbles and the iron is working as well now as it did when I first had it around 18 months ago. The water in my area isn't too bad so a box of 4 will last me a year.My only complaint is that these should be made re-fillable to reduce plastic waste. When the time comes to replace my iron I will have to think about getting anti-calc / scale irons.

No choice
Delivery was first class. The filters are expensive and it makes more sense to buy a new iron which I understand iron has been replaced by a model that just requires tap water - a much better option

Long delivery and cost rising rapidly.
Took 6 weeks to be delivered.SOS parts never sent a returns label to me to sen them back. I had to buy another steam iron.

Very disappointing
I’ve brought these several times and each time the price has gone up but they did the job . However on the Last occasion one of a duo pack was leaking and I had to waste it, making the one I could use very expensive. Unfortunately on trying to complain the website was not helpful and wouldn’t let me choose U.K. as country of purchase or put in a U.K. phone number so could not complete the complaint contact form . Has anyone else had this problem?

How long they last varies hugely depending on your water and volume of ironing
As you can see from some of the other reviews, how long these cartridges last varies hugely for different people - not only varying because of how hard the water is in your area but also (obvious perhaps but generally not mentioned) varying depending on how many people there are in the home and so how much the iron gets used. For one person in an area with slightly hard water, I find these last comfortably more than 6 months each.The original iron will probably come with two of them, so I'd definitely wait to see how long the first lasts before seeing how many in bulk it makes sense to buy at a time to see you through.
