I got this for my Ol' Man, he's preparing for hip replacements at a young age 33 and his knees are in buckling up pain by supporting his hips during the wait. He tried them on last night while laying down, he didn't like how it doesn't have the massage directly on top of the knee cap, but once I explained the key points the massager hits and why, he absolutely LOVES THEM! After a few minutes, he was feeling relief and relaxed enough to sleep, FINALLY! I almost bought the "expensive, best seller, etc." I am glad I found an affordable product that ensures relief and helps inflammation points while he is waiting for surgery in July! Quality is sufficient and I love how stretchy the straps are to tighten more, if need be. Battery life is the Plug-in life. Super soft! Fit is definitely universal for the most part, unless you have wider/broader legs, per se. I am 4' 9", I didn't put it on in the picture just to show how wide it is/can be and I have to pull it really tight to fit, BUT it stays in place and works just fine! Hope this helps! :)

Love it. Vibration and temperature are great for me. You can use it anywhere. Feeling healed after use them. You can use one only or both at the same time.

After trying various products which weren't good I was hesitant when I ordered a set from comrelax. I have to be honest and say I am above satisfied with these. The product is durable have been using them on a daily basis since I have severe knee problems which require knee replacements. The heat (has 3 settings and also 3 vibration settings) and vibration work well together or independently. I use them first thing in the morning and again at end of day to provide relief. The fit is perfect and the Velcro makes putting on and off a breeze and is adjustable. They also have wonderful and quick response to any customer service issues. Over all I have been extremely happy with the product and the company. Well worth the money this is definitely a go to product!

Late post: As I dive into my 50's, I have experienced knee problems that are an issue for me and my daily living. I did find relief using a regular heating pad on my knees at night. Well, I found this knee massager with heat and vibration on Amazon and I was eager to give it a try but I had concerns about it having an electrical cord. Long story short..... This product was very effective because the heat soothed my aching joint and disturbed varicose veins and the vibration helped stimulate circulation in my knees and surrounding areas! I use it at night when I first lay down and it is so soothing and relaxing. The electrical cord is long enough to accommodate any position that I am in. The seller also offered me a free zipper bag to store the heating pad in and when I responded as directed, I received it within a couple of days! I have been very pleased with this seller and product.

Gives comfort to my bone on bone knees. Won’t replace surgery but eases the pain for short periods
