Q: The jewelry box came locked. Can’t even get the keys to open because the keys are locked inside

Please note that the keys and other parts were put inside the cabinet to avoid missing in transit. The cabinet was unlocked before shipping out but it could get stuck during the transition. Please contact us for further assistance if you still cannot open it if you pull the door hard.

Q: Is the Accessory kit in the inside of the mirror or should it come separately?

Yes, the accessory kit was inside the the mirror the most you would need is a screw driver if you’re planning on having the mirror hanging

Q: We have very thick, old doors. Over the door hangers don’t always fit. What size doors will this fit?

My door is like three fingers, and it fits and there is space left. I think it is suppose to fit all doors
