Trying to figure out how much "juice" to order. How long does a gallon last?

This answer is a tough one, because it will depend on the rating and specifications of your machine. It also matters what setting you use on the machine, too. The best way to answer this is to do some research and math.1.) Find out how long your machine takes to empty it's tank.2.) Take the capacity of the tank and divide 1 gallon by the size of the tank.3.) Multiply by how long a tank lasts and you have your answer.Example. If I have a 16 oz tank, and there are 128oz in 1gal. 128/16=8. So I can fill my tank 8 times from this gallon. Now if 1 tank lasts 30min, then (8*30)/60 = 4 Hours of snow. Note: I made these numbers up for the example, they do not represent an actual snow machine.

does carpet get wet if used indoors

I haven't used it indoors but when heavily used there is a damp buildup on my landscape rock. It's a foam so picture bubbles that pop and leave a residue, same type of thing with the snow juice. I wouldn't recommend using it indoors.

What temperature is required to keep the snow from melting?

Temperature won't matter. It was like bubbles. It does look like snow as it falls and as it accumulates. You can make your own solution that I think works just as good, if not much better with 8 oz (1 cup) regular Mr. Bubble bubble bath 8 oz (1 cup) rubbing alcohol 1 to 3 gallons of distilled water The snow solution here made lots of people sneeze and gave me a headache after using it. (I used it for a photoshoot) I wouldn't recommend it for that reason and because making my own smelled way better and worked better without aggravating anyone's nerves.

How long will this stay in the ground after blown?

My experience (on the East Coast in July) is the individual flakes remain intact 30-45 seconds, both on the ground and on people . Allowing the machine to run provides many flakes and they build up on people. It is not like the snow machines you see on ski slopes making snow. In was a lot of fun and caused many laughs.
