much smaller than i expected but it packs a powerful punch, noticed a difference in air quality with in 15 or so minuets of running it in a 20ft travel trailer. the internal battery lasts quite a while on a single charge for both the high and low setting, the plugged in option is nice because it will charge and run at the same time. changing the functions is extremely easy with a one touch color coded button first click is low shows a white color second is high shows a blue color third click is off. unit does randomly shut off on both settings for any where around 20 min to an hour and half then will kick back on and run for several hours before kicking off again, not sure if its a protection feature or a "cool down" phase but is a little disconcerting the first few times you notice it not running. very quiet on the low setting and fairly quiet on the high setting would compare it to the same noise level of a newer heat pump register running.

Do not buy this air purifier! As a previous reviewer also indicated, my air purifier stopped working at about six months. I contacted Westinghouse customer support which appears to be located in Hong Kong. They barely speak English. They initially said to unplug the machine then plug it back in then press the on button rapidly. As you can imagine, that did nothing. I reported back, then they said they do not make this model anymore. So I thought, well let me try a new filter. Now there are no replacement filters available even if it did work! I checked Amazon, Home Depot, etc. Westinghouse is no longer making them. I contacted Amazon to see if there was anything they could do to assist, and they said no! Amazon used to stand by their products. I understand it is beyond the return window but when there is no alternative, they should offer some sort refund or replacement. This was a waste of $250! At the very least, Amazon needs to take this product off the website so no one else has to waste their money! Ugh!

The bright lights on this thing interfere with my sleep and trigger a migraine. I hope the manufacturer will give a way to turn it off or disable it. It's a real downer for such an otherwise excellent product. But as now the choice I have is between clean air at night or pain-free and restful sleep.I've been using one since July 14 and am impressed with its performance.I am on the road in a truck camper and , being asthmatic, havebeen concerned aabout air quality. Initially, my concerns were regarding dust and pollen. Recently heavy smoke from wildfires affecting NE Washimgton have resulted in dangerous air quality for me.I am astounded at how good the air is in the camper compared to the smoke, ash, and dust filled air outside. I can occasionally smell a hint of smoke in here after I open the door but the purifier takes it out faster than I could have hoped.I even placed it on the bed, aimed at my face, while I sleep. I no longer wake up in the morning feeling like I've smoked a pack of cigarettes in a smoky bar.Thank you for.this product. You have saved me from the emergency room, and have made my living conditions exponentially better.I just ordered a second unit in case this one fails.

It was WONDERFUL for the very brief time it worked (less than a couple months). Quiet, efficient, worked as promised. Compact and looked nice. When it abruptly stopped working and none of the troubleshooting helped, we contacted Westinghouse for assistance in March. It has been taking literal MONTHS. Back and forth, with weeks for each response. Latest one is “send proof of purchase” so immediately I send screenshot of Amazon purchase, confirmation of delivery, and photo of item in room. It has been seven weeks, no response yet. Now in mid-June. Westinghouse is supposed to be a legacy brand, that’s why I trusted them with this purchase.

I got this product about 2 years ago now and have zero complaints. Honestly one of my favorite purchases I’ve ever made. Highly recommend this product to everyone, especially those with kids and pets. Love love love!!!
