I have seen a massive change in the few weeks taking these as I can walk a lot easier and have no pain in my knees or elbow now, I am using lighter weights when training which is not putting a heavy load on me now as I am now 62 years of age. Tastes a bit bitter but it is the nature of the product and it is good for your health and as pain relief within time.

Choking hazard! These tablets are very big. I had to stop taking them as they were nearly impossible to swallow and I choked almost every time.

I have just started taking this and after a few days I could feel the difference in the pain andswelling in my fingers. Some people on the review are staying how big the tablet is and that itsa choking hazard. that's absolutely ridiculous. One big gulp of water and its gone so don't be misledby those stupid comments.
