Brisket, wonderful smoke ring

I just got a new wood stove and wanted to start with a few small fires. They just won't stay lit. I have the flue wide open. I am open to suggestions. I already tried different arrangements.EDIT: They have excellent customer service. They refunded my money and offered to send me a free box. Turns out the wood was wet. I stacked it over a heater vent for two weeks and it lit up. The only problem was that I needed it two weeks ago.

It does what it should do

I am very disappointed. Logs are very small and definitely did not weigh 18 lbs, although advertised as such. Small pieces that are more like kindling. Burn time was incredibly short and I could very easily go through one box in one evening.It's a shame because I will always support small businesses where I can, but in this case, it's just not cost efficient to order from them again, with better value for money and quality of wood to be found elsewhere.

It was just what I needed for my fire pit thank you very much I enjoyed it

Was not pleased with original order. Customer service reached out and handled it very appropriately.

Nice pieces of cedar with several fire starter sticks.
