Expensive? You bet.But I couldn't find any other pans that were 100% safe. Well, carbon steel also works, but not with acidic food, and CS is also heavier. These pans also have excellent handles.These are the perfect pans, except for the cost. I'm glad I splurged.

I love having the two sizes. They are nice a substantial. Food baked evenly and the are easy to clean. They also look great for serving!

I have good aluminum bake sheets. They are fine for cookies, toasting crouton, and other such activities, but, for anything that is the least messy - baked chicken, roasted vegetables, traybakes, and the like - where food and oil can adhere to the pan - they are a real pain! Grease adheres firmly in brown patches and they must be hand scrubbed as they cannot go in the dishwasher - or lined with foil. So I have dreamed of dish-washable, stainless steel for some years. Recently, I have been doing far more oven-roasted meals - so quick and easy to throw together, but a pain to clean up after - so I have been burning through boxes of aluminum foil to line the pans. Once in a while, that's ok, but a couple of times a week? Now I'm destroying the planet 🥹. Time to get serious. After researching stainless steel, these tri-ply pans seemed the way to go. The aluminum core is key to even, quick heating, and the stainless steel outer layers mean that it can go in the dishwasher! Best of BOTH! Having received them, I wish I had bought them years ago. These Hestan pans are works of art! The surface is beautifully polished, and the edges are wonderfully smooth. They are lovely enough to use as serving trays in addition to baking on them, so, now? Dinner comes out of the oven and straight to the table!😁. They are heavier than aluminum pans, so a bit more exertion by the end of the day if you are doing a major amount of holiday cookies/bake sale inventory, but they also don't warp even in a 550F oven! And guess what? The polished stainless steel cleans like a dream! So, even though they CAN go in the dishwasher, it is sometimes easier just to fill them with water & a drop of soap, soak a few minutes, and they easily wipe clean! Heaven! I LOVE these pans. Even if you have great aluminum pans you love for baking cookies, you need a set of these.

Hands down one of the best purchases I have made. Hestan makes amazing quality products. These pans do not warp as they are heavy. Don't expect a light pan as these have some weigh. With the weight comes even cooking and super easy cleanup. Seemed expensive at first, but after using them I realized I will never have to by new pans again. Totally worth the investment.

This Hestan bakeware set is so beautiful, and looks like it will last me a lifetime.Cons: the quarter sheet pan arrived with small scratches on the inside, and also on the bottom of the pan. I am very tempted to send it back for an exchange because I don’t think it is fair that I’m paying good money, and receiving an item with scratches, and that’s why I took off one star.

Love love love these!! Work great and come clean so easy. Heavy duty stainless steel make me feel like these will last forever!! Would recommend these to everyone!!
