It's great that these weights look nice as well as being practical, makes training more enjoyable! Easy to alter the weights as you get stronger but not so easy if you want to change the weight mid practice. Very happy with my purchase.

I actually really like these dumbells but I didn't initially mainly bc they felt a bit oversized for me. I thought they would be awkward and uncomfortable for us to use, comparing to what i am used to but i just had to give them a bit of time, I can say that i quickly adjusted and now fully used to the difference.I purchased both the blue and pink, one for my daughter, the other for me in the hopes to work out together ( I'm pleased I didn't hold my breath expecting a teenager to get into the swing of things🫤)My other concern was would the 'handles' slowly loosen while working out and out pops a weight block on the foot, or worse my head 🙈) but I can say that once I have closed it securely they stay that way.I took all the weight blocks out initially only leaving 2 large ones on each end which were super light but i wanted to work myself up to increasing the weights at my own pace which is why i wanted them in the first place, to be able to have the ease of controlling how much weight I was comfortable with. So easy to add ( and remove ) the additional weight blocks by turning the outer handles and making the quick change) and then when turning back to make sure they are fully flush.There are slots for the blocks but they're quite loose, some of them, so tend to slip out when opening them. I do like them, still feel they could be a little smaller and the blocks don't fit in snugly but good product overall.

The inserted weights did not correspond to full kilograms. There were all inaccurate. Also the thread on the cap ends did not locate cleanly & were hard to screw on making them unsafe to use. Great idea but a cheap product.

Love the flexibility to change the weight in the dumbbell to work out different muscle groups. Very motivating to see strength and endurance improve. You need to be very careful when screwing up the handles though as this is the weak point in the product. The weights are very heavy and potentially hazardous if they fall out and drop on you. Fortunately - no bones broken! I can see that other reviewers have had similar problems.

I will still keep and use this product.HOWEVER, and this is important to note, in the leaflet on the last line before the "Warning paragraph" it claims that each dumbbell is 10kg or as it says "One-handed weight 10kg" in all languages except for french.In the french section it says that the weight is a total of 5kg per weight.All this to say, to people that are looking for the 10kg in each look elsewhere.

Side parts are very wide making it uncomfortable using for excercises side by side. First use was ok but then when asdjusting weights inside they started getting loose inside so when i lift i can feel and hear them moving inside the compartment so will likely be returning if i can figure out how to package these up again...

I had to return this item it was not locking perfectly. It was hazardous. I am yet to be refunded for my item.
