Brilliant product for the kitchen. The Teflon Ingenious pans are superb. The handles are strong and beautiful to hold, they clip on to the pan making storage neat and tidy. Washing is easy like storage. Excellent value too.

The Ingenio range is an excellent idea and works very well in my kitchen. This handle attaches to a range of pans from large frying pans to small saucepans and is typically sold separately. But I would recommend more than one handle if you have lots of the pans. It is fairly easy to attach and detach even when the pan is hot. It feels solid and robust enough and I am happy to carry my large frying pan without worrying about dropping it. Being able to detach the handle makes the pans very easy to stack when not in use. I do wonder how it will fair with use and cycles in the dishwasher. Time will tell.

Bought these to replace the originals. These are identical. The originals disintegrated over the last few years. The metal plates fell off, then the part that grips the pan has crumbled away. Finally, the mechanisms seized up.However, I’m pretty sure the instructions say to not put them in the dishwasher.... something my Mrs refuses to believe and so, they’ve gone through pretty much daily.These new ones have, so far, been hand washed only. I’m sure this will change over time. At this price though, I’m not too worried. She also scrubs the pans with Brillo pads and uses metal implements in them. They’re as non stick as flypaper. These new handles should outlive what’s left of our pans.

i do like this system and this handle is to replace the handle i originally purchased with the pans. I accidentally put that in the dishwasher and the plastic melted after a couple of washes.With that in mind - this handle is great but can i strongly advise you don't put them in the dishwasher, even they are supposedly dishwasher safe. The plastic release buttons can melt even on a 50 degree wash.Apart from that, the system is brilliant as it allows you to put frying pans into the oven.

So useful, have two of these.

I ordered 2 of these removable handles as the ones that came with the pots and pans broke (after a few years of continuous use). They are great replacements, they are sturdy, easy to use, they hold the pots and pans perfectly and the price is great too.

The media could not be loaded. After quite a little use the release mechanism has failed. It is now impossible to release the pan. therefore the whole reason behind the item is now not possible. I had veg boiling in 2 pots and a frying pan, when I had to drain the veg I was unable to detach the handle from the pan to empty the pots.
