Wild Bill’s Hickory Smoked Beef Jerky Pieces 16 Ounce Pack

The meat tasted fresh and had no detectable connective tissue--that's what you're paying for, here. Beef like this is expensive to produce. I haven't had a better quality beef in jerky. There was too much salt for my taste, even though I'm already on a high salt diet for low blood pressure. Normally, things that taste normal to me taste too salty to others and things that taste normal to others to me taste under-salted, so I was really surprised when I found the salty and soy sauce tastes to be nearly overwhelming. I would prefer a little less salt and soy. The smokiness was pretty mild but that's exactly how it should be when you have a quality piece of meat - enough smoke to enhance the flavor, not to cover it up.

Only complaint is the inclusion of soy sauce in recipe, not great for guys.

This is my favorite beef jerky. It’s tough and flavorful. None of this chewy sweet crap found in local grocery stores. The only negative thing is the cost. They charge way to much.

Wow bills beef jerky are used to buy of the New England it’s made in Tennessee you cannot find it anywhere in the south usually. By far the best non-spicy jerky I have ever had

My most favorite jerky of all time! I'd buy it more often if it wasn't so expensive....but it's worth the money.

We started eating this jerky almost ten years ago. It was always fresh and had a great taste. You would get 30 pieces about 8 inches long for about $30. Not a bad deal. Now is seems like they have cut them in half maybe 4 inches long and raised the price through the roof. The flavor is still good but not what it was. Now it doesn’t seem to be worth it.

Great flavor, but you'll take a pretty hard hit on the wallet for less than a pound of meat.
