An almost like-for-like replacement of the original Sony remote
The quality is very good, it doesn't feel or look cheap (although it is cheap compared to the original Sony model). It works straight out of the box (once a battery has been fitted), no need to sync or pair with your TV.The only issue I had was that the Apps button didn't work however a workaround is to get to the Apps screen from the Home screen. I did inadvertently buy another Sony replacement remote and the Apps button on that didn't work either.Overall, a great replacement remote control.

Great replacement
A great replacement for my Tv. I have had several of these not due to any fault on the controls, Due to my other half laying on the sofa watching a film and nibbling it.Simple to set up, just put the batteries in and point. I haven't tried the Voice control, but I am assured by my 12 year old its "sooooooo cool"I would recommend this item as a good replacement. feels like a quality controller, buttons responsive, work as expected, function seems to be near identical to original, good value for money and quick delivery.

Good replacement
We broke our Sony remote it’s. A good replacement decent voice control and replacement value isn’t bad it’s easy to use and is pretty much the same to use in functionality basis compared to the original one we got with our tv. The feel of the remote controls is good and functionality wise it has all the same stuff as our old remote.

Does what it needs to do
Really pleased with this remote control. Press the on button and the setup is done. The apps button doesn't work but the home button does the same job and the microphone button doesn't work, also not an issue. Sometimes you have to press the buttons more than once/a bit firmly to activate which was an issue with my old remote so again, not an issue. None of the issues are enough for me not to recommend this item. Value for money and it's the genuine product.

Rubbish Product.
Garbage. Fingers bleeding trying to get battery cover off. Eventually got it and it doesn't even work. Furious. What a waste of money.

Does what it says….
Seems to do the job. All buttons function doing what they’re supposed to do. Out the packet, batteries in and you’re up and running. To note - the back of the remote is very very difficult to remove to be careful.
