Nice set, good for mixing, good colors, covers well

Vallejo produces some of the best acrylics out there. Airbrushing is the tough nut to crack in this arena so I have used a variety of brands. Vallejo is always in the top 5. This set will require thinning/prep before running through any fine airbrushes but the quality is such that thinning (with the proper Vallejo thinner and flow improver) is not an issue.The color choices cover nearly every variety out there, except Ogres...

The paints are some of the best quality you can buy. I have been building models for 45 years and have used them for the last 10 + years and no complaints!

New paint formula from Vallejo in the new style bottles. The paint performs better than the previous manufacturing process. Easier to thin, mix and blend. Easily reduced for airbrush use. Especially good version because it doesn’t contain the step-by-step by lame and overrated “celebrity” miniature painter Jaime Ortiz, Mr. One Trick Pony who makes all skin highlights washed out like chalk.
