Q: I have bought one, i really like it. can i find a smaller ending part, like 8mm? it would be more suitable for english snooker.

The cue you have is an American style for their 8 & 9 ball rules. an 8mm tip will not fit this cue ( my dauter has the same cue ). For English cues are made of ash and can be sized to 8mm with some filing down.

Q: are the tips screw in or glued on?

tips are leather stick on. however i have replaced with 13mm blue diamond which is better for English pool.
