Q: After opening the cream, can i use it until expirey date or there is time limitation ......... eg for a month only??

I personally .keep it in a dark bathroom cabinet sealed up after every use...so me personally I always have it on hand...it will say on the packaging after open you either have 6 months or 12 months.. I wouldn’t keep any longer...if you’ve left sitting in handbag or something similar .i would def..throw out after a month or so as it’s hot .in there..these are my personal rules.. hope this helps.it works for me...and I love this product

Sorry no it will not work on the Shingles rash but Boots have their own named brand that does work on the Shingles

Q: Can this be used inside nostrils?

I have only used this product as cold sore treatment which is excellent but. It does say on the instructions not to be used on the nose or in the mouth. Hope this information is useful
