This stuff works for my joints & there is an appreciable difference in my mobility & some pain relief, although this is not a ‘cure all’. Start at a low dose for the first week, as I took full dose immediately & found myself incredibly constipated with stomach pains. Having reduced the dose right back & then gone up again, I’m back ‘to normal’ over 3 weeks........

Not a bad collagen
I've tried quite a few collagen capsules over the last year. And to be honest this is no better than the cheaper ones.They are good that there is no bad taste. But I haven't noticed and benefits from taking this. But I have only had the 1 bottle. I just can't justify spending this much again when I haven't felt and real benefits from taking it.
