I want to achieve a lift of just 3mm, so I only need 1 of the strips. Question is, do I peel off and use the small top strip or the big bottom strip?

How do you peel the he layer off to adjust height? I need to peel it off but it won't budge

Do these stick in the shoe?

I take a size 4 but wear in my wellies or walking boots which are wider than 'normal' shoes. what is the width of these please.
