Great sturdy umbrella, love the compact slim design.
Great quality umbrella that is well built and long-lasting - I have had several over the years and in fact I've usually had to buy a new one because of me losing them than it breaking or no longer functionimg properly! It is really well designed, and very compact - I love how svelte and slim it is and looks very classy in classic black. The open and close mechanism feels well-built and durable. Great value on Amazon as quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere!

Great handbag brolly
Really like this umbrella. Lovely colour and pattern and is great size for most handbags. Doesn't have a long shaft or a big canopy span but is about standard for these slim/mini umbrellas. Have used in the wind and rain and it seems quite sturdy. Unusual open and close mechanism but I'm getting used to it now. The auto-open button is within the handle so you have to release that first and it closes automatically too with a push of the same button. Smaller and lighter than my previous brolly so don't even notice it in my bag.

Great umbrella
Good product well made and nice and small. Can feel a bit flimsy but never had it blowing inside out as the cheaper ones tend to do

Brolly, Fulton black superslim
Got this brolly a couple of months ago but just had occasion to use it now. First impressions were good, easy to open and close and so small as to fit in a pocket and light enough to be unnoticeable. Canopy a bit small and stem a bit 'shoogly'. Even pointing into a mild breeze did not inspire confidence however.Good as a lightweight emergency umbrella but Mary Poppins would not risk soaring above a couple of feet without a safety net! I suppose there are limits to what can be achieved in a small lightweight package so bearing that in mind it does a reasonable job for the price.

The best of many compact umbrellas I've tried
Having tried numerous umbrellas which usually fall apart in strong wind (if I don't lose them), this is one I like the most and have bought several times. It is quite sturdy, very compact, and spring-loaded which is handy if it suddenly starts raining.Note it doesn't come with instructions, and it took me a while to figure out that to close the umbrella properly you need to press the top down firmly e.g. on the ground to reset the spring-loading.

solid, light umbrella for men
I wanted a light umbrella that I could carry with me in the external pocket of my trolley bag suitcase, open with 1 hand and be strong enough to resist moderate wind and not cost 50 quid. This is mostly it, light, small enough to fit where I need it. Its buttton not only opens it, but also close it, which is a little plus that I did not know when I bought it.My only negative is that it cannot resist too much wind, but then again, now I'm not sure if any umbrella of this size can.All in all, good purchase.

Small, light and semi-automatic
This is my favourite model of an umbrella because it is extremely light and small for an automatic umbrella - I've been looking for many years and still haven't found anything better in terms of size/function. It fits even into my clutch and into all handbags. Being semi-automatic means that I need only one hand to open and close it - great when you going into a car, carrying shopping and coming out of a shop, opening a door.Great product, would highly recommend to anyone.

brilliant
I was looking for a light and small umbrella to carry in my hand bag and which opened automatically. This one is great, light, compact and it opens and closes automatically at the touch of a button. It's very pretty too. I haven't used it yet under the rain, so cannot comment on its sturdiness. Only negative point hence my 4 stars, it's very hard to close. I guess it must be the automatic opening mechanism. I wouldn't recommend it to an elderly lady as she would struggle to close it after use, but if you have strong arms and grip it's fine.
