I’ve done a lot of research before picking this fishing reel
All settings are very important It is very important to read all the instructions. Many times I read that some of these reels fail. I believe they fail because people don’t follow instructions. You have to remember it’s electronic device and have different steps. Do you have to take to adjust to the fishing you’ll be doing. One thing I found out through the mini videos how many questions to ask at the tackle shops where it is very important to read all the directions and follow them very closely. I will be using News for tuna fishing still setting up real but I believe that application this would be the perfect Reel.

Haven't used yet
I order this for an upcoming fishing trip. I have been learning the functions and will have to write a review after I use it on the actual use the reel. So in testing I gave it 5 stars. The thing that I was not happy about it does not include the power source (Battery) Make sure to find the appropriate battery to operate the reel.

Amazons customer service is awful
I returned this item because it wouldn't power on, and amazons customer service has been terrible dragging their feet with the refund. I've never had such bad customer service anywhere before. Considering cancelling my membership.

Great product
I love this electric reel, It was a bet hard to understand/setup but a friend did it and I'm amazed at this product. Just love it

Came from Florida after Hurricane
Boxes had water damage, I'm ok with that but I believe I recieved a defective item as the clutch did not engage on the electric reel. This is not my 1st electric reel and I'm not happy with the performance. The gears sounds like they are grinding. It was my impression this reel was made in Japan but the box said made in Thailand.

Bought this since I am doing more bottom fishing. Easy to set up and use. Great power.

Not exactly working perfectly
I bought 2 of these, 1 of them has a little knob that controls the release speed of the line when it's going down, when I turn it all clockwise all the way or counterclockwise, the speed does not change, I tried it on the other reel and it seems to be fine... .the quality is just as good as you would buy from fishing stores and they all have same pricing, I guess I got a bad one.
