Any idea how many pairs of shoes will this fit?

This will fit about 5 pairs of men's shoes in size 10.

It says seams on bottom but I've seen reviews that say things slide underneath. Are they not sewn all that way along the bottom of each section?

I am not having that problem. The bag is stitched all the way around. I like them, I can walk in my closet without tripping over shoes.
