Was skeptical of this bench being cheap and inexpensive. I have to say now, it well worth it. Arrived assembled. Little attachment and ready to go. Bench offers incline and decline. Very stable for all three types. Folds up to store against a wall. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable bench.

Very easy to put together. The quality of the bench is great. I lift heavy stuff and nothing is loos or anything. It fits where I have it now and I am moving to a bigger apartment next week. This will definitely be out in another room. Functions well. The stability is great and I can fold it easily.

Haven't used it enough to give 5 stars but it's sturdy and seems like it will work great.

This is a great adjustable bench for free weight workouts! I'm 5'11" 260lb so I have a pretty big frame and was a little unsure at first. The back comes just barely up to the back of my head and it is just wide enough to support my whole back and leave my shoulders free for a full range of motion. Super easy to set up with two bolts and a couple pins. Easy to read instructions but they weren't even needed. The leg bars are a little cramped and not adjustable but I was able to do decline situps on it with zero discomfort. Plenty of padding but not overly soft - basically what you'd find at any gym. All in all it's exactly what I was looking for but purchased at a fraction of some of the others I'd been shopping around and finding. Would buy it again in a heartbeat!

Top quality, solid, well-built. This is a gym-quality piece of equipment. Very sturdy and stable. Heavy duty materials. The fit and finish are first rate.Comes out of the box (just enough packing material to protect the bench - no snowstorm of styrofoam) and goes together in 5 minutes. Two bolts and two pins. Recommend highly.

Not too hard to set up but there is a bit of assembly required. Once I figured it out (the instructions are a bit too simple and aren't crystal clear) I was able to try it out with ease. It takes up a tad more room than you might expect, not very compact. Anyway, now after a couple of weeks I am still enjoying it and it has definitely made me pick up the weights more often, if not every day. I wonder why I spent so long buying a bench, given how bad it was for my back to stand and lift. I can also lift more now with seated support. Do yourself a favor and seriously look into getting this. Comfy, sturdy and great value. (Muscles not included).

Great bench for anyone with limited space and would like to workout. Folding simple and carry handle makes it easy to transport.

It's early days yet, but so far this bench has proved useful.There was some trivial assembly required - two pins and two bolts. The necessary tools came with the bench.The pins need to go through matching holes to lock the chair. I gather that you remove these pins in order to fold the bench.Some have complained that the holes didn't align. I found that you have to gently rock the parts so that the pin can find its way through the holes. Once it knew where to go, there was no difficulty.The bench appears to be stable. There are some hexagonal end caps on there that you can rotate to make the feet line up. This can help to ensure stability.The weight capacity is said to be 700 lbs. This is far beyond anything I would ever use. I don't even see how anyone could get that much weight. Still, it's nice to know that the bench can handle anything I can handle.This bench seems most useful for dumbbell exercises. Barbell would be possible, but quite awkward. The range of adjustment for the back seems to be from slight decline to upright, with six levels to choose from.Overall I'm pleased with this. Time will tell how well it holds up during use. I may revise this review if I learn anything new.
