IT DOESN"T LEAK!!!!!
I've had other plastic dispensers - they have all leaked. This is glass and has excellent washers and stainless steel parts. IT DOES NOT LEAK!!!! Thank you.

Good concept, bad design
Good idea, terrible design. Cap is difficult to put on and harder to get off. Leaked after the first use. The foam gaskets they give you with it are an absolute joke, one and done.

I like it; my husband less so
The great jug holds a lot of beverage and there is a solid valve mechanism. Husband does not like that the bottom of the valve is 1/5 the height of the jug so one must tilt the jug significantly to dispense the last bit of fluid. Not a deal breaker for me.

Really nice container
I bought 2 of these to help keep my family healthy and satisfied. I make ice tea in one and lemonade in the the other. There are 5 of us and it nice to get a cold without a lot of sugar. I make it up once a week and we are good to go. It does take up significantly room in the refrigerator, but I think it is worth it during the summer. Well made, using over the last 3 months. I only hand wash the units b/c they would take a lot of room in the dishwasher and I reuse them right away. Even with the tea the coated white backs don’t get discolored. I do wish they would include a website for spare parts. Just in case a seal rips or the inside lid coating becomes stain. The valves work great! No leaks.

Cheap lid assembly, may leak
The lid attachment that holds Spigot is very cheaply made and should be replaced with heaver gage Stainless Steel, may even cause leaking.Note: the spigot assembly has to be assembled prior to use.

Fantastic, convenient and doesn’t leak
This is a very convenient dispenser. Despite its size it fits into my fridge easily - nice compact design. It’s quality made and doesn’t drop or leak at all. The glass is thick and durable so I’m not worried about it cracking it chipping. Not o get to drink my favorite tea anytime of the day without having to be out every time.

I so want to like this
It is well made, heavy glass and maybe on a picnic table it would be OK but the design ruins it for me. The spout is way too close to the center of the lid. I bought it to fit in my refrigerator but it will only dispense about 2/3rds of the tea I put in it. Putting something under the back so it is tilted down helps all but the last 20% or so but that has to be poured out.The spout needs to be as near the edge as possible so it will be at the bottom of the jar. This is so obvious to me that I can't believe they didn't do it and I can't believe that I didn't notice before I bought it.Altogether too bad as I do like the dispenser. Just not for my use. It says 'Parties' so I guess that is what whoever finds this at Goodwill will use it for.
