Q: How come on the advertisemet information it says for internal use, on the back of the can label it says external use, only

Hi! Good question and we get it all of the time so I will answer it here. This product DOES work for both internal and external hemorrhoids, however legally we can only say it is for external hemorrhoids on the product or we would have to take it through FDA testing because it is being taken internally (extremely expensive). Nothing externally (even if there are all sorts of dangerous chemicals in products like creams or make-up) are considered dangerous by the FDA. Meanwhile, hemorrhoids that show up on the outside usually happen on the inside as well and from our experience, this product works on both.

Q: Is there any odor to this product?

I have never smelled an odor as I open the container or put some of it on my hand, but if you hold the container closer to your nose then yes, you can smell it but it isn't overwhelming

Q: Can I use this on my 3 year old child?

I don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t.

Q: Just wondering why you changed the container from a screw in lid to a press on lid? Some people will find it very difficult to open the container.

Hi! Good question. Thanks for your feedback on the pop top lid compared to the screw on lid. We were getting complaints about the screw on lid, so we decided to try the pop top lid for a change. Sorry to hear you are having issues with it. Try moving the lid as if it were a screw on lid and it should work better than trying to pop it. We are also soon to be coming out with a hemorrhoid cream instead of a balm that comes in a pump jar. You may like that better.
