This is a super cute kindle case for my kindle paperwhite signature edition. As describe, the case is lightweight, well made, and a great size. When closed, it looks like a hardback book, which I love. I’m not crazy about the Velcro (mostly because I hate the sound), but that’s a minor issue, especially since I’ll not remove the kindle unless & until I get a new case. The Velcro is really strong, so no worries that the kindle will fall out. The magnetic closure is secure and I have no concerns with my kindle being damaged. I also liked the inner label that says the cover was “handmade” in England and included the name of the person who made it. That was a lovely touch and I appreciate that it was handmade, especially in this day of cheaply made, mass-produced items manufactured in countries that are not known for fair wages or good labour practices.As I haven’t had the case very long, I cannot comment on durability. But will update this review in a few months.

I purchased a kindle paper white as an early birthday gift to myself along with this case and a clear rubber case because I didn’t want to stick the Velcro directly on the kindle. It all fits nicely together. Having the extra rubber case does not make the Beetlejuice case bulky or keep it from closing properly. I also shared a video.This case is beautifully made, I try to not only support small businesses in my state of Arizona but also around the world. I will definitely be buying from this business again and recommending this. Book binding is a beautiful skill. Thanks!

I needed to update my kindle case and so happy I came across this!

The media could not be loaded. Firstly, I want to say I enjoy a good handmade quality items and don't mind the price when it comes to it. I have had this on my wish list for a few months now and finally decided to plunge and buy it. The only reason why I was so hesitant was because it does not have an internal case. Something that's a make or break for me. I decided to move forward because I've looked for something like this all over, with an internal case, to no avail, I just went with this one. Let's talk about the packaging. It was just thrown in with a bunch of my items. There is no plastic bag protecting it or anything. The next thing, I was weary thinking the velcro would not be strong enough and your kindle can plop right out. That is not the entire case here. The velcro is great, please make sure to clean the back of your kindle with alcohol to make sure the velcro sticky side adheres fully and properly. Now the next part is when I was having issues, that contacted Amazon customer service to make sure it was normal. In the description it says you can take take it on and off. So I was working on it, make some adjustments, as I pulled it off, it started pulling the back cover of my kindle paperwhite. My husband got me a new kindle as a surprise back in March. It's always in a case. So I was shocked, as this has never happened to my old kindle. Or any of my kids kindle. Amazon ended up replacing my kindle because they said it should not be coming off. Thankful for the warranty. You could probably rip the velcro on and off a few times before placing it on the kindle but I'm not sure how effective that'll be. Lastly, the magnetics do not line up properly, so your kindle doesn't wake or sleep without you doing so manually. If these items don't bother you, if you're all about aesthetics then by all means this purchase could be right for you. I believe with tweaking that this could be worth the price.

I am OBSESSED with this cover for my kindle! I get loads of compliments when I use it in public. Helps me keep a good grip on the kindle while also making me feel as if I’m reading out of a physical book

I do LOVE this cover. The design is so amazing and cool. I know others have said it's "just hard cardboard." Truthfully, I can't tell what it's made out of. But I do know that it feels sturdy and high quality. The only reason I'm giving four stars is the whole bending the cover backwards thing. I love this cover so much I think I'll just have to keep it open like an actual book. Because bending it backwards def causes some cracking sounds and I think it'd cause the case to prematurely age. I feel like if they made this design with a pure leather spine, it'd be perfect. I'm still very happy with it though. It closes with a very strong magnet that works great and so far the comfort of holding it is nice. I'm new to kindle so idk nothing about the sleep mode.

I like that this cover looks and feels like a hardback book cover. Also love that it’s the book from Beetlejeuce, a movie I watched countless times growing up- cult classic for sure! The cover is magnetic, so it stays closed and the front flap can be folded back, the magnet keeping the flap in place so it doesn’t swing about. I’m super pleased with my new kindle cover!
