Nice fit -easy to install.

Nice sturdy heavy duty plastic. Used over gutter drain in yard. I have no worries that it will hold up to being walked on or mowed over.

It fit and it works as it should

I don't know anything about outside plumbing but when it rained the placement of my backyard French drain caused debris to make it worthless, I went to my GOTO source, Amazon. I saw this black, rugged drain cape at a great price. It arrived the next day and I installed it in less than a minute. It is a better solution than I had before and with some drainage work, I think I will be good when it rains. As of this writing, I am waiting for the rain.

We recently had our backyard decking redone with grey pavers. As part of the project, we had drains installed. The contractor would only offer white or green drain covers. I searched online and found these. They are excellent quality and a very nice grey color that complements our paver color. I would highly recommend these if that is what you are looking for. The unfortunate part is that they are relatively more expensive compared to other colors that you can get at your local home centers.

Well made and perfect fitting

Fit the need really well and was built of thick plastic so I’m not worried about stepping on it and breaking it.

The part has a stepped fitting diameter. Only the small part of the insert on the bottom fits 3", the one above it does not - so unless you want your drain grate sticking out of the ground by 1", this does not work. The item also came damaged, not worth the trouble to return...(SEE PHOTOS)
