Tape sticks on really well and it’s easy to apply. However, if you’ve been working out intensely in your hands, start to sweat, the tape will become loose.I think this is good for doing compound movements for strength, but not for an intense workout.

I've tried several brands of gym tape for lifting, and this is hands down my favorite. I love the colors it comes in, and it stays put better than any other brand I've tried. It's sticky, but doesn't leave me with a bunch of residue on my hands. I've also used it to cover torn calluses on my hands to prevent further damage, and it helped a lot. When comparing it to other brands for sale on Amazon, for the price, you get the most amount of tape with this brand. Most other brands have several feet less per roll.

I've tried a lot of the tape on Amazon and other places. They're all pretty good. Thought I'd give this a shot and I'm only a few days into it and am already looking forward to it running out. It gets extremely sticky and will leave hard-to-clean residue all over your nails and fingers. Other brands don't do this.

Ordered green got yellow. WodNation stuff is generally top shelf so color aside...good product.
