Great candle making kit. Easy to use. My grandkids love coming over and making candles. It comes with lots of colors and scents and various containers. I found you need to apply a lot of essential oils to get a good enough scent when you burn the candle.

I made about a dozen candles to add to my Christmas packages and everyone loved them! Using this kit you can make beautiful scented candles! I did order extra Soy Wax additional wicks, I also ordered the wax melting pitcher and I used everything - the directions were concise and easy to follow, make sure you use paper towel to wipe out the wax once the wax melting insert doesn't feel hot anymore. That is not in the directions but should be, whatever you do, do NOT put wax down your drain it will clog it! I also ordered additional organic essential oils because I wanted certain scents and blends. I would recommend this kit to anyone interested in making organic scented candles (paraffin wax is toxic when burned indoors) and wicks made from natural materials such as cotton, hemp, or wood are better option than metal-cored wicks which can release toxins and even traces of lead in some cases. (Candles you BUY are known to release dangerous VOC's such as Formaldehyde, petroleum distillates, limonene, alcohol and esters leading to Allergies, Dizziness, Respiratory illnesses and Cancer). Once you use the soy wax you can always re-stock with Bees Wax because it's the healthiest wax it burns the longest and they release negative ions (they make you feel good like walking on the beach) and they clean the air!

I love it! It's easy to use, the color came out nicely, the fragrance worked well; could be stronger but that's really a personal preference, & the vessels are a good quality.The only thing I don't like is that they don't tell what kind of wicks were provided but otherwise this is a great kit to get started & it is priced well.
