For the price I expected a sub-par finish and dimensions but these were excellent in both respects.

Dimensions are accurate
I checked with my calipers and measured an OD of 10mm and an ID of 8.96mm. Given my calipers have flat surfaces, and the inside of the tube is round, I'd say the ID is spot on at 9mm. Length was also measured - exactly 300mm.Perfect.
