This is a wonderful blanket. It is well made... so far it functions great. The heat is not too hot and believe me I can take a hot sauna. The heat is deep and warms the muscles unlike regular saunas. I absolutely love this thing. After 16 surgeries and a lifetime of beating the crap out of my body this is exactly what I needed. I am post surgery foot reconstruction on both feet and I worried about my BP and my donor tendons being too affected from the heat. Well my BP dropped to normal because the circulation in my legs was so good from the blanket. I didn't turn it up all the way just to make sure I was not risking my health. The zipper is sturdy and it feels like nothing I have ever experienced. I sleep like a baby instead of tossing and turning from pain of many surgeries. I looked high and low for low to zero EMF. Life Pro has rated one of the best and it is affordable. Don't buy based on price, because we think the more expensive something is the better nope. Amazon had it on sale and I jumped. Gonna buy one for a friend as well. It comes with many mylar blankets for detoxing and it wipes easily with simple green or method organic cleaner.

Love the ease of set up, cleaning, stowing back in bag & use. It took me a few trials of use to figure out which # setting worked best for me. The addition of the silver wraps is nice but not sure I noticed much of an increase in sweating. Definitely a lower cost alternative than going to a spa for a sauna use. I can lay on my bed & Netflix while I'm sweating away. Great relaxation before bed. Purchased for general health, lymphatic drainage, stress relief, increasing metabolism.

Great product! Gets hot and I sweat well in it. Easy to clean and store. After reading a lot of other reviews I did order a microfiber towel body wrap/insert. This catches sweat and keeps you dry. I really don't like to sweat so this allows me to stay in longer. I also ordered a black material not rubber shower curtain to place under on carpet per other review reccomendations. The front armhole zippers have small plastic pieces at the end. They broke off first and second use, see pics, but really are decorative and arent necessary. Doesn't affect use. I don't notice plastic smell others complained about. Highly recommend product. 5'3 good length. If really tall you will not fit. Compare your height to length measurement.

We have been looking for affordable space friendly sauna . After reading reviews and looking at portable options, we decided on this one! So glad we got it! It’s exactly what we hoped. It is really easy to set up and use! Not hard to clean and store away for next use. Only wish we would have had it sooner during the colder months. Only had it a week, but love it. Only thing that I could complain is wishing the plug in cord a touch longer but it’s not bad. We plug into surge protector that already have set up near our bed. Great way to unwind from long day before a nice shower!

I bought the Lifepro Infrared Sauna Blanket and I am very happy with it. It is made well, has a heavy zipper, durable material and big enough both length and width wise that I can move around inside and get comfortable- I don’t feel claustrophobic.I love the big remote and heat / time options. I lay on a beach towel and put one on top of me for comfort and easy clean up.I feel so good after my sessions! It totally relaxes my body and my back feels so much better. The little aches and pains disappear. I love that I am detoxifying my body by sweating out the toxins and burning calories in the process.Make sure to drink plenty of water before and after using. I would highly recommend the Lifepro Infrared Sauna Blanket.

Very well made . Seems to be working out just fine as it helps in relaxing and sleep so far . I've only been using it for about two weeks , Just at heat level 5 . Thank you Lifepro for a great Product .

Was thinking of trying to work a full-size sauna into my space after reading about all the benefits of dry heat . But, before investing $1K++ thought to try this. SO EZ. It's like a weighted blanked with heat. By 2nd use I had dialed in the sweet spot (Level 7), put on a podcast and was sweating bullets. The material is robust, cleans up with a damp towel in less than a minute, & packs away like a comforter. If this works out in the long term, it's a real game changer - and we save $$$.

I have used my sauna blanket 3 times now since getting it last week and oh my goodness! Felt like a million bucks afterwards (...or after the shower afterwards 😄)I have high hopes it'll help with healing areas in need and also speeding up metabolism.I do have to note that it gets really hot in the feet area due to the heat source coming in right there, I'd guess. So I just wear thicker socks and it does okay.
