Yes they do. The only one not listing some sort of sugar in the ingredients is the "Fennel Pepper Rub".

Q: Is there onion in any of these spices?

Only the Malabar lists onion in the ingredients.

Q: Do any of the rubs have preservatives in them?

I asked Stevens assistant about this and here was her answer. "Looking at my bottles, I don't see anything like that. Not even an anti-caking agent"

Salt is listed first on two and second on one.
