NIGHTMARE TO SET UP! Don't know if I want to use!!!
First off there are no instructions. Granted if you buy this set you already know you are at least slightly mechanically inclined enough to figure it out or know someone who is. Next description says black rivets which cool they will blend in but they are not black. I ended up using a 4.0 rivet and larger washers because the ones sent seemed so danty. If you don't own a rivet gun buy or borrow one they are same price as this set for a cheap one. The WORST part of this set is trying to screw the pins into clutch housing. I started by just using Allen wrenches to turn til tight. Then put clutch cover back on but pins were still really far out tried tightening more with Allen wrenches after breaking two smashing my knuckles I ended up drilling through a socket and cut an Allen wrench to fit in as a key (see attached pic of set up in use) with clutch cover on I used set up to tighten as much as I could then removed cover and had to use set to make 1 full turn on each to make sure cover would hold tight and seal properly. Right after I messaged a friend I ride with he said another person we ride with has tried these and they ended up loosening up and letting water and dirt into housing. I don't feel like I'll have that problem being my cover is pretty snug but it was a task to do so with no tool or instructions on how to. Just gotta wing it.

Good, but not great.
I’m on the fence about this. I installed all pieces and am having trouble getting the cover to fit tight enough to seal out water. If I screw the pins in enough for a tight seal, the cotter pins are near impossible to get in without extreme force. My current answer to this is leaving four of the old screws tightly installed in strategic places to suck the cover in enough for the pins to work everywhere else. Not perfect, but at least it’s only 4 screws to remove instead of 20 (or however many there normally are). I’d probably still buy this again, I’m just not thrilled with it. Plus it seems overpriced still.

Terrible! Pin design issues = doesn’t install easily at all
Thought this was the same kit as the last one I installed, but was wrong… I blew up the clutch housing when the belt broke, so I got this new quick release kit thinking “same-same” however, a simple difference in the threading meant a huge headache to install vs a very simple install last time. Note the picture, the right pin was the old kit (sorry don’t know where I got that kit) vs this new kit on the left. Right has a sharp thread that bites into the plastic very easily. Kit on the left is blocked thread that does not… you will need to pre-drill the plastic cover to install these ones and it will likely back out or wobble loose during rides. I’m returning and looking for a different set.

does the job
They hold the cover on OK but a little loose, I glued washers to the cover itself to take up the slack, also the rivets provided were on the small side so I used my own 1/8" rivets

Works as intended
No directions included but if you have any mechanical skills, this should not be a problem. I chose not to use the washers when riveting the lanyards to the cover (not enough rivet on the other side i felt). Take your time and figure out which direction your cotter pins should go before riveting the lanyards. The pins that you thread in are a little tough but i feel confident they will not come out, i used a small allen wrench to thread them in and just went until they the threads we all fully engaged.
