Absolutely worth it.I’ll admit—I had some reservations. It looks a little strange, and it’s not exactly cheap. But I am so glad I took the leap and purchased the LittleMum.I suffer from migraines with a variety of triggers, and one of the biggest is muscle tension. This tool has been such a gift for working out the knots in my neck and upper back. Once I figured out how to position myself and let my own body weight do the work, everything started clicking.To be clear, this isn’t a miracle cure—it doesn’t erase migraines. But it does help me address the muscle tension before it spirals into a full-blown migraine. And that’s a game-changer.The design mimics the pressure of a deep-tissue massage—think elbows digging in, but with a bit of cushion. I’ve saved so much time and money by using this at home instead of running to get a massage when my tension spikes.If you’re willing to be patient, follow the how-to videos, and use it consistently, this little tool offers real relief. For me, it’s become an essential part of managing pain and staying ahead of my migraine triggers. Highly recommend.

When I first received this product I was very confused.I lay down on it, making a bunch of adjustments- trying to get comfortable.The first few times my neck (where my neck connects to my shoulders) was sooo sore.It took me an about a week to figure out how to place it and how to get an effective release with this device. But once I did, bliss. Now, my spine pops back into place when I initially lay on it, and I'm easily able to release my tense traps. I also love it for my butt, and psoas release.It's so expensive, and such a steep learning curve, but I love it. I use it every day.Excited to try more products from this company, and considering making my own little video on how to use it for beginners.

I love this tool so much! I was having a lot of trouble with my upper trapezius muscle and using this tool helped to relieve that pain and fix the problem. I move the tool around to hit any part of my body that is causing me problems. I found it particularly useful for getting deep into the glutes. I brought it in to show my massage therapist and she immediately bought one and loves it too! It's worth every penny!

Target the hell spots on your back with consistent and distributed weight. No need to switch shoulders, just go.But the instruction manual is so bad. There's lovely full color 3D anatomical pictures...and the "how to" pictures are much smaller. There doesn't seem to be a copy on the website either.There doesn't seem to be hints or suggestions for how to position it if you are larger or can't easily reach behind your back. Considering how painful it can be if you poke a kidney, that is an oversight.Overall it is durable and works so well it makes me angry. My spine used to need to be crack often to help with pain until I started using this. I swear that one use increased my range of motion. Yet the device itself is so simple I get angry.Still think it's over priced, not seriously, but like by ten bucks.Totally worth it though.

This thing is pretty greatYou do have to do more than figure out how it works: you have to, like, kind of learn about your body, too.It is the next best thing to hiring an expert, so it's more accessible--but it's not plug and play accessible.Feasibly, a product of this kind cannot be plug and play--it's one of a kind.To make something with the same effect that is also easier to use might not be possible without a computer detecting your body.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Totally worth it. I woke up feeling brand new after using this. I’ve had pains that I could never get rid of and ONE deep tissue massage is almost $100. This thing does wonders in moments and comes with a 15 yr warranty. Crazy that a piece of aluminum would do such a good job to smooth out kinks in my back. TOTALLY WORTH IT.My only suggestion is to make the manual more extensive so we can get more out of it.

Great product. For those saying it hurts or hurt them more are not using it correctly. It helps me stretch my bad shoulder and back. Hits the right spots helping with trigger release and knots. Take it slow until you’re comfortable. Move around until you find the right spot and breath and relax. You will get use to it. It’s helped me so much. Way better than other products I have used.

I have lots of devices like this, just couldn't get much out of this one. Great for pressing incredibly firmly on a spot, but while it's doing that, it's pushing equally firmly on a bunch of other spots I'm not trying to push on with anywhere near that kind of pressure.Frankly, I just don't get this thing at all. I tried it every which way I could, just didn't suit me at all. Maybe someone else can get something useful out of it.
