I was sure of lock pin and work fine for a while suddenly failed to unlock. I had to remove one of the zipper holders to unlock and off course lost locking function. I wish to claim replacement but I don't know if supplier will accept.

This crossbody sling bag is amazing. It’s better in person. If you are looking for a sling bag, then this is it. Made with great material, zippers work great, & lock does work. All the extra pockets & compartments inside the bag & on the strap is great for an loose, little things that just need a special spot. My only down side is the charger cord & charger plug in. It’s fixed in place & is USB-A. It comes with a charger cord inside the bag, but none of my devices or portable chargers use this type of port.
